Greater Noida: A case of disturbance due to temple bells has come to light in Greater Noida West. Here a resident was having a problem with the sound of bells ringing continuously at short intervals in the temple of Gaur Saundaryam Society. He complained about this to the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board. After this, on the basis of the complaint, the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board issued a notice to the AOA and ordered to file a reply. Not only this, instructions were also issued to the concerned officer to take necessary steps to control pollution.

The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board has issued a notice regarding pollution caused by ringing the temple bell and has said that no kind of noise pollution should be caused. After receiving the notice, the AOA appealed to ring the temple bell softly. Due to this, anger is being seen among the people of the society.
what is the whole matter
Mudit Bansal, a resident of flat number 368 of Gaur Saundaryam Society in Greater Noida West, had filed an online complaint with the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board on July 30. In the complaint, he said that there is a temple in front of his flat from where the sound of ringing bells is heard daily. Due to which he is facing trouble.
The responsible officers appealed to the residents of the society
VK Bansal, AOA of Greater Noida Society, said that a notice has been received from the department. The information of which has been given to the residents and the residents have been appealed not to ring the bell so much that it causes trouble to anyone.
Regional officer gave information
Regional officer DK Gupta spoke to Local 18. During this, he told that a complaint was received online. On the basis of which an inspection was done on the spot. During the inspection, the intensity of sound was found to be more than 70 decibels which is more than the limits. Due to high noise pollution, a notice was issued to the AOA. An appeal was made to reduce the sound by issuing a notice.
